Several months back I received a copy of the (old) SCC API from you, after
you sent and I returned a copy of the required NDA.

Now there are several other people (at different companies) with which I
would like to work.  They are willing to sign the same NDA (if needed), but
so far have not had luck finding someone to talk to at Microsoft.

Is the NDA still needed to get the SCC API?

Who do we need to ask to get the required NDA?
